By accessing lpcc.com.ng, booking a session, or enrolling in the AI & Digital Therapy Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Nature of Services

LPCC provides professional counselling, mental health support, and educational training. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments (in-person or virtual) require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee as outlined during booking.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and digital resources — is owned by LPCC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for clinical excellence, LPCC and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where prohibited by law.

6. User Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully with counsellors, staff, and fellow academy participants. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour may result in termination of services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation in Abuja, FCT.
